Join us for a magical evening under the first Full Moon of 2024 as we come together in communion and release that which has come full circle. The Manna Moon Full Moon communion is a sacred gathering where like-spirited souls come together to honor the cycles of life and let go of what no longer serves us.

This special gathering, taking place in Leo, will feature a very special guest, Neelou Malekpour, a renowned breath work practitioner, yoga teacher, the owner of Smudged and author of The Art of Sacred Smoke. Neelou will share her wisdom and guide our ritual in practicing to let go, creating space for what we want to manifest in our lives.

The evening will be filled with love, connection, a letting go ritual, and a delicious plant-based fare inspired by Leo's element of Fire. The menu will include a flavorful Thai Carrot Ginger Soup with sourdough bread as a starter, followed by a mouthwatering Herbed Farro Risotto and Roasted Root Vegetables on a herby bean puree as the main course. We will also enjoy Roasted Asparagus with Romesco Sauce and Lentils, Smashed Sweet Potato with Feta and Yoghurt Sauce, and beautiful Roasted Red Onion Flowers.

For dessert, indulge in delightful Red Velvet Cake Balls, which are vegan and gluten-free. Drinks will include water, tea, and coffee, and we encourage you to bring your own alcoholic beverages to enjoy throughout the evening.
