First Sundays Communion is an open and live space for anyone who needs a nurturing place to share and feel emotionally supported. It will be open to all every first Sunday of the month through 2022. (Thereafter it will occur on the first Sunday every three months.)

Whatever is eating through your world - your deepest fears, troubles, obstacles and even victories, we are here to listen without judgement. We present an opportunity for you to practice speaking what you want into existence and to know that you can pivot from what you don’t want, by exercising letting it go.
